After the third physical therapist that I fired, and the personal trainer, I finally realized that yoga was better for me than physical therapy because yoga had already taught me about the relationship of one body part to another, and the virtues of good alignment, and how you don’t ever use a joint to support you. So I went back to yoga, and I bought a book on yoga anatomy. And I basically studied the muscle groups that are used in each yoga pose, and I started doing the safe ones.
