Well I completely cleaned up. I have been educating myself. You can have food and eat 1400 calories a day. I eat all day long. In fact, I probably eat more volume now than I did then. So it’s really about, for me it’s about getting the most bang for your calorie buck because I like to eat. I think it’s about honoring who you are too.
