I can really tell if there’s too much fat in food because, no kidding, it feels like I put on like a ton of extra lip-gloss. I mean it, I really can, and I can tell if there’s full fat milk or if there’s cream, or even half and half. Get fat-free one percent or two percent, I can tell.
I was visiting some friends, and somebody was going out to get some coffee, and I said, "Well, get me a cup but make sure you get it with skim milk." This is when I was first losing weight, so I was like a fundamentalist, orthodox weight-loss person, and she went out and she came back with half-and-half, and I was like so upset. I was like, “You’re sabotaging my weight loss.”
