Psychotherapist Carole Klein shares advice for women to help them achieve their healthy New Year's Resolutions.
Whenever I’ve talked about new year’s resolutions, I think that it’s good for people to make them. You know the normal ones are lose weight and maybe do more introspective or spiritual things, or perhaps exercise more but people try to do them all too quickly. And if they make a list, maybe 12 things and they do one for one whole month and get it done right, and then move to the second and get that down right while they are still keeping the first one, by the time they get to the end of the year, they have done their new year’s resolutions and then they can be feeling proud about it.
