Hi,
I'm 17-years-old and I had intercourse for the very first time today with my boyfriend...and yes, we did used a condom. Now, about 3 hours after we had sex, I feel gassy, a crampy and a little bloated. The gass is actually very painful at times. Is this normal? As for my cycle, incase thats what is causing my discomfort, its about 32 or 33 days and I'm on day 25 or 26.
Please help.
Thanks!

Usually when you stress yourself out over being pregnant your body's hormones changing. Sometimes it throws your period off when you have sex.

Hello Anonymous,

There would be a chance that you became pregnant if this happened five days before or on the day you were due to ovulate.

I had unprotected sex today but I'm on the two month BC injection which I received on the 4th day of my period and had unprotected sex 3 days later. Was I safe or should I take the morning after pill too?

Hello Anonymous,

No. Do not take an emergency contraceptive.
You should be protected by the two month birth control injection.

Maryann

Hey I had sex in the 19th got my period on the next day the 20th I'm worried that I might be pregnant because since I have been bloated and constipated and burping a lot I read those are early pregnancy symptoms, can one get pregnant after getting period the next day after sex? The first two days it was heavy and got light and end on the 4th day... I had watery white discharges around the 24th of march I thought it was ovulation my fertile period but I'm not sure?
