A diet is supposed to be what you eat daily to keep yourself alive. A "wrong" is starving yourself by not eating what you should. I found out by reading at http://www.rawpeople.com/?utm_source=A&utm_medium=B&utm_campaign=C that you can make yourself healthier by just incorporating raw food elements into your life.

Hi,
Sorry to sound cynical or sarcastic, but it might be an easier question if you asked what "rights" people make in diets! ;-)

Seriously: by the word "diet", are you referring to someone's eating habits/overall diet, or are you using the word "diet" as a verb, as when people follow a pre-existing diet to lose weight or control/treat a health condition?

I'll interpret your question, and answer that I believe the unintentional mistakes that people make in their overall/daily eating includes:
- Emotional eating (eating out of a negative feeling or boredom)
- Feeling guilty about what was consumed
- Portion control (I still have a difficult time eating the correct amount ounces/serving of protein--a 2-3 oz pork tenderloin is tiny!!)
- No meal planning in advance for meals
- Eating at fast food restaurants too frequently (leads to high intake of salt, sugar and calories)

You mentioned this question is for "my magazine"--are you a writer? If so, we would love to hear other responses you receive from this question!
