share: Emotional Eating & Digestion - The Connection
From my early years, I battled with emotional eating and terrible digestion. Food became my way of coping with the stresses of life...it was my friend, my enemy and everything in between.
Over time, I learned to create a relationship with food and my body that is based on fun, ease, and pleasure. I truly believe that our health goals can be achieved with respect and appreciation, not punishment and self-deprivation.
Since healing my own digestion and relationship with food, I received training to help others do the same! I’m a certified Nutrition & Wellness Coach as well as a Life Coach, and my practice integrates results-based, actionable coaching with cutting-edge holistic nutrition.
I’m thrilled to say that I love be doing what I do - guiding women in living their most fierce and fabulous lives!
