I am an older mom and sleep is really important for me to be able to function - the kids are wild. When I started on a vicious cycle of insomnia it was horrendous- there are few things as bad as chronic exhaustion. I found fabric that changed my life and regulated my sleep patterns along with my body temperature.. it's called Goodnighties and I highly recommend for busy mom's - Even after the first night I noticed the difference.. never again will I wear cotton fabric to bed - sleep is just too important to me. I am now healthier too. When I don't sleep well it ruins my quality of life! (and my families - ha ha ) I am so glad to have found this fabric!

Thank you for sharing your story. I also recently suffered from insomnia and found that deep breathing exercises and yoga helped tremendously also. Good luck.
