Just a few week ago while in D.C. for EmpowHer, I went on a run that took me past the State Department and George Washington University Hospital. Both locations are in the news today. As the United States secretary of State Hilary Clinton, she fell and fractured her elbow in the State Department garage.
Clinton was taken to George Washington University Hospital from the State Department and is now at home resting. But to get you information on what the Secretary of State could be going through, Dr. Rachel Rohde an orthopedic surgeon at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan is with us. She is also a spokesperson for the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
