VIDEO: Dr. Ring - During A Detoxification Diet, Which Herbs Are Beneficial?

June 5, 2009 - 2:56pm 133 reads 0 comments

Dr. Ring explains the herbs that are beneficial for women on a detoxification diet.

Dr. Ring:
Many of the herbs are involved in the liver’s detoxification process and help support it. So, things like milk thistle, turmeric, all of those spices play a role – onions, garlic, they all affect the liver’s ability to detoxify. So using some of the spices, for one thing, will make your detox diet more palatable, but also can help the liver function better.
