Kay-Kayes Shares How She Is Creating Pancreatic Cancer Awareness (VIDEO)

Kay-Kayes:

As a patient and learning how, after taking care of myself, learning how to move forward, I have become a patient advocate in research. I now work with the NCI (National Cancer Institute), the Arizona Cancer Center, I work with the wellness community, I work with PanCan (Pancreatic Cancer Action Network), and I am a patient advocate in research, so I work with a lot of different communities.

I will be talking in September with the cooperative groups on clinical trials for cancer and, I feel this is, sometimes you say, you know, "Why me?" But you have to look at it again. Yes, there is more for me to do, so I have begun to move forward in the cancer field and help others.
