Gina Shares How Long It Took To Feel Normal After Starting Hormone Replacements (VIDEO)

Almost immediately and whether that was the placebo effect or not, I just immediately felt better because I was in control. Then, I would say within three weeks of the hormone, of taking the hormones, I physically and mentally was better. I was better. And I can’t help but believe that that had to make, that’s the reason I am better because I never went through that cycle again. I was back on track. My periods were regular again. I no longer have polyps. I no longer have cysts. I am bleeding the normal 3 to 5 days a month instead of 45 days and stopping for 10. You can’t live like that and I was. That’s how quickly.

And then I was mad. You know what I mean? And I can remember Michelle saying to me, “You are either going to be really, really happy or you’re going to be really pissed off.” And I was pissed because I had to live like that for two years.
