I'm a 38 year old wife and mother. In the past year and a half, I have lost over 90 pounds. I still have about 30 pounds to go. In 2012, I plan to reach my goal weight of 160 pounds and focus on toning and strength training. I'm admittedly not a huge fan of exercising but I recently decided I will become one. I started that quest by completing a Warrior Dash this past September....without dying. That's a start.
