Did you have a question for us? I'm sure you are looking for solutions to this problem and your best bet is to see an orthopedic specialist who can advise you on what will work best on you.

You may need surgery or physical therapy or some kind of support system for your knee (or all of the above) but you'd need to see a specialist to see what can be done for your particular needs.
