For last twenty days I have been suffering from this problem. The doctor finds some fluid spread out around the hip joint also the MRI show a minor dark spot on the thigh-ball which can be due to less blood supply. For many years I have clicking sounds in various joints, swelling and pain.Kindly guide me what it can be? Is it a beginning of arthritis or anything serious?

Hi Anon,

Clicking joints can be caused y dozens of different things. It can be something completely harmless to something more serious. If you have fluid around your joints, it is possible that you may need more tests to determine if it is Rheumatoid Arthritis. What has your doctor suggested?
