My daughter is having pain in her foot sole near the heels. There is no cut , bruise or injury or swelling. She is unable to walk properly .She walks with one foot on the ground but other one ( problematic one )just touching the floor with her toes. She is unable to rest her heel on the ground. Can't make out what the real problem is except that i suspect that she might have got hurt while walking on my high heel sandals , that too for 05-10 minutes .

Hi Anon

Thanks for your post!

If your daughter is unable to walk on her one foot, she needs to be seen by a doctor. How long has this been going on? If it has been more than 2-3 days then it may not be healing by itself and she may need treatment, even physical therapy.

Did it happen right after she wore your high heels? She may have hurt a ligament in her foot and remember that (if she's young) she has more bones than an adult and more things that could go wrong. Feet are actually quite a complicated part of our bodies and we need them to walk!

Let me know some updates and please check in with her doctor - the sooner it gets seen to, the better.
