Hello,
Lately me and my boyfriend have been fooling around and we had alot of pregnancy scares like getting pregnant through dry humping and we learned over time that this is impossible especially with clothes on, but the thing we are worried about now is pregnancy through fingering or touching each other and touching ourselves at the same time. Of course even though we get caught up in the moment, we are still very careful. There was one day when we were doing these things and we washed our hands before we touch each other and im not sure if he washed his hands thoroughly and im really scared because he came a little bit and whiped it off and washed his hands but im still scared. And today im feeling like mini cramps usually signaling me that my period is coming up but im still scared :( please help me???? :(

I doubt she became pregnant this way. Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If you had a previous but recent ejaculation, some sperm could remain in your urethra. Once you urinated, any stowaway sperm was flushed out.
Consider that time passed from being with you to her getting home, even if there was any fluid on her hands and fingers, it would have dried and any possible sperm had died.

I want to make sure that my Girlfriend in not pregnant from following scenario…

From what you have shared, there was no risk of your girlfriend becoming pregnant. With no semen on your fingers, with no penetration with ejaculation, there was no chance at all.

A little over a month ago my boyfriend and I were fooling around. He ejaculated and we both got in on our hands. We washed it off with water and wiped our hands with towels. About 15-30 minutes later he touched my clit. On the day I expected my period I got bleeding, and it lasted for about 5 days, but it was a little bit lighter than usual. It was right after exams and I was also in a car accident a couple days earlier so it may have been lighter just from stress. Either way, I read that you can still get bleeding when pregnant. Pre ejacculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. However, as in your situation, sperm can remain in the male's urethra from a prior but recent ejaculation. Any tag along sperm is removed when the guy urinates.
If there was no pre ejaculate fluid on his finger, you are okay.
There is no way of knowing for sure.
Since you are sexually active and not ready to become pregnant, please use some type of birth control. The available options range from a daily birth control pill to the Depo-Provera injection.
