Hello,
I am suffering from muscle cramp after third hepatitis vaccine, i think due to vaccine liquid, which our body accept slowly by the time. Next day I got pain from right shoulder up to my fingers, I couldn't sleep last night.
Why I got pain after vaccination ?

Here is another EmpowHER ASK that is about a similar issue. It too may provide some insight. It sounds like you are on top of it too. Hope the warm compress and pain reliever help. If not, as you said, you could visit with your doctor and see what he has to say.
Is it normal for my arm muscle in my shoulder to hurt 2 weeks after getting the flu shot?

Hi Anonymous,
March 31, 2011 - 6:13amThanks for your question and or finding EmpowHER. We are finding it is not uncommon to have pain in your arm after receiving a shot. Unless you are allergic to something in the shot, or to latex (many needles are made of latex), it could be how the shot was administered. Many folks report of the shot being "too high" on their arm. Some doctors believe it could be nerve damage from poorly placed shot administration.
The best thing is to call your doctor and ask them about how to treat it. If the pain persists, you can look into physical therapy, or go to see a chiropractor. Many people have seen relief from a treatment called ART (active release therapy). There also are some home remedies you can try.
Here is a link that may provide some insight. There are others like this on EmpowHER as well: EmpowHER ASK: Pain in Arm After Flu Shot?
Good luck, and let us know how you're doing.
