You know, I don’t know that I, I think I have always been a really good dieter, so I don’t believe I ever made any diet mistakes. It was once I got to maintenance and I’d gain it all back because that’s not a diet; it’s a whole other, or actually maybe diets been given a bad, it’s not a bad thing. It’s what you put in your body. You just have to be careful of what you put in your body.
I always set small goals for myself because I have found that I am a very goal-oriented person. So, I would set little goals like I didn’t plan to lose, you know, all 40 pounds to begin with. I just wanted to gain 30 pounds, and then I was so excited by that, then I gained, lost ten more. And then after that, then I wanted to get in a bikini so I lost ten more, but that’s only to be on camera. I gained a few back because there was no way I was going to stay at 122 pounds, but I am very happy at the weight I am at right now.
