Diet is way up there in terms of preventing heart disease, reversing heart disease, halting heart disease. Guesstimate is about 30 to 70% of heart disease and other major ailments such as certain cancers and diabetes are diet-related, and in terms of heart disease, what’s really pivotal is there’s a comprehensive lifestyle linked with a reversing heart disease.
