I was one of those women too. I just felt that unless there is something really wrong with you, why do you need to go for a check-up? But there are so many silent killers out there that can pretty much make you die a lot earlier than you would have wanted to. And you should, it’s just a one time check-up in a year. And look at me; I went for that check-up and found out about this. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have ever found out about it. So yes, of course, you must go.
