Well, one should be prepared for the fact that for a couple of days you actually feel very nervous about everything because you cannot walk the way you used to walk before you went into this. I pretty much walked into my surgery, right? And when they got me off the bed, my legs just buckled. I couldn’t stand, and I was like, ‘Lord, I have to learn how to walk.’ And then like when I finally did manage to walk, I walked like four steps, and I was totally breathless and panting like a puppy and that was so scary. I said, 'Lord, how am I ever going to cook and clean and look after my kids and stuff?'

So the things is, it always gets better. Each day is much better than the previous day, so just have faith and believe in your doctor.
