Sarah:

I don’t know. I believe it’s very good. I believe the fact that I haven’t progressed in nine years is a wonderful sign, and I think science is moving forward every single day. I don’t think there will be a cure in my lifetime, but I think there will better and more efficient treatments. And I am hopeful that I can stay this functional for the next 20, 30, 40 years, and that’s my hope.
