Absolutely. Emotional support is not something that is ephemeral; it’s not just out there waiting for you. You have to really search your heart and think for a second, with whom do you have a compassionate relationship? With whom do you have an energy resonance, where you have a level of trust? And who do you think may understand your circumstance? Their circumstances may be completely different, but they have a sympathetic, compassionate resonance. That’s the person with whom you speak. It may be a family member; it may be someone outside the family.
