Anybody can go through anything by themselves. How about quality of life? Going through anything, if you don’t, in Metta we say, “Never stand alone,” which means you should always have the support of someone with you at all times, either physically or internally in your heart. So I would always advocate that people surround themselves with significant caregivers and lovers or friends, yes.
