Stick with your nutritional plan seven days a week. You can't hope for results if you follow your plan on weekdays and let yourself go on weekends. Include exercise in your schedule. When the time comes, just do it... no excuses. This discipline will be your most powerful weapon. Then, one day, you will realize it has become natural for you to exercise regularly. You won't need to convince or motivate yourself anymore. Your new habits will become part of your lifestyle.
