I had a tetanus shot around four or five years ago, and I've had pain in my shoulder ever since. It doesn't hurt all the time, just for a few minutes ever so often. It feels like my shoulder will cramp up and it will hurt to lift or use my arm, and then the pain will go away. I'm not sure if it is nerve damage or what.
