I can't believe I'm asking this but I'm starting to freak out a little bit.
A few days after my period ended, my boyfriend and I were "messing around." He put his bare penis up to my bare vagina and started rubbing before I told him to stop and put on a condom. (I'm not on any other form of birth control right now.) No ejaculation and no penetration, just possible precm on my vagina.
I didn't think anything of it at the time, but now my period is a few days late - I've had some weird light brown spotting with period-esque cramps, but no period. My breasts are tender and look a little bigger to me, and my skin has absolutely exploded with acne (although that is not unusual for me). I'm kind of freaking out.
I took a sensitive early test the day my period should have come, and it was negative, but still no period. A pregnancy would be absolutely devastating, especially without intercourse - I'm not even sure my boyfriend would believe me. :(
I should mention that I recently stopped taking the Pill because it was making me super depressed and physically ill. I was told to expect some cycle weirdness after stopping, but I'd gone through two full cycles and my period seemed perfectly normal.
Am I making myself nuts or is there a real risk here?

Hopefully not. Inserting your penis, without a condom, into her vagina was risky. Since you did not ejaculate and did urinate prior to this, there may not have been a risk for pregnancy.
You will know when she does or does not get her next monthly period.

Hi so my boyfriend and I haven't had sex, but just grind naked and I know his pre ejaculate gets on me. There hasn't been any actual penetration, but the other day I thought I got my period, which would have made it about 11 days early, and I'm always regular. Now 2 days later it has stopped and seems to just have been spotting. Does this mean I'm pregnant? Is this an early sign of pregnancy? I would really appreciate some feedback I'm very worried.

Hi there, boyfriend and i were fooling around. He had a condom on and we were rubbing against each other. long story short condom ripped, his penis was dry but the was a clear precum liquid about to come out of the penis. No penetration so How likely is pregnancy?

She can take an early response pregnancy test as early as five days before her next period is expected. Or, she can wait and if her period for September is late by at least seven days, she can test then.

There would only have been a risk for becoming pregnant if:
you were ovulating or a few days away from ovulating
he had fresh semen on his finger when he inserted it into your vagina.
