I can't believe I'm asking this but I'm starting to freak out a little bit.
A few days after my period ended, my boyfriend and I were "messing around." He put his bare penis up to my bare vagina and started rubbing before I told him to stop and put on a condom. (I'm not on any other form of birth control right now.) No ejaculation and no penetration, just possible precm on my vagina.
I didn't think anything of it at the time, but now my period is a few days late - I've had some weird light brown spotting with period-esque cramps, but no period. My breasts are tender and look a little bigger to me, and my skin has absolutely exploded with acne (although that is not unusual for me). I'm kind of freaking out.
I took a sensitive early test the day my period should have come, and it was negative, but still no period. A pregnancy would be absolutely devastating, especially without intercourse - I'm not even sure my boyfriend would believe me. :(
I should mention that I recently stopped taking the Pill because it was making me super depressed and physically ill. I was told to expect some cycle weirdness after stopping, but I'd gone through two full cycles and my period seemed perfectly normal.
Am I making myself nuts or is there a real risk here?

I can reassure you, that from what you shared, your girlfriend was not a risk for pregnancy.
Semen contains sperm.But, you said covered yourself with a paper towel before ejaculation. Now, some sperm from that ejaculation may have remained in your urethra. If you used the bathroom soon after, any sperm was flushed out with the urine. But, if not, that stowaway sperm could have been in your pre ejaculate fluid if you released any after the first ejaculation.
Odds are your girlfriend used toilet tissue when she wiped after using the bathroom. I doubt she inserted her fingers into her vagina at that time. So, I don't see any chance for sperm to have entered her.

Because my period was kinda late and its weird i generally get heavy flow on the 1st n may be 2nd day tgen normal this time the period is very light 1st there was spotting then little flow so I'm completely freaking out here

Hello there,
i'm 14 and very worried. I hope someone there would give silence to my doubt by answering my question: Am I pregnant? :( I'll try to explain everything briefly as I can.
1. Me and my bf had been messing around last September 11. We didn't have any penetration but he touched my vagina (not fingerring).
October 23, 2014 - 3:43am2. He said he peed that night but he touched his penis on the very base and not at the head.
3. I had my period on September 28. It was 6 days long and was heavy like normal.
4. I was still worried and I had a PT on October 12 which was negative.
5. October 22, I had very light bleeding
6. October 23, I had a very light period and was not able to full my pads. It was red at first but then it got brown.
7. Never had any sexual activity after Sept 11 :(
8. COULD I STILL BE PREGNANT IM REALLY FREAKING OUT :(( HELP ME

two days ago my boyfriend and i 'messed around' and rubbed our genitals together naked. He did ejaculate before i could get off but im pretty sure my vagina went nowhere near the head of his penis during or after ejaculation. I took the emergency contraceptive pill about 30 hours after and have been experiencing light cramps, that feel like mild period crmps. Could i be pregnant? Even wh no penetration and the ecp?

I hope I can help a little here. From what you write, I think there's a huge chance that you're just stressing out too much and that everything is fine. And yes, stopping the pill might have had an effect on your period, though I wouldn't think so since you had two regular cycles since then.
You are right, it is possible to get pregnant from pre-ejaculate. But it would be very difficult to do so without penetration of any sort.
With the stress you have in your life, the lack of sleep, and the worry over this, it is very possible that your period is just late. I know what it's like to have to wait and wait to find out something that's so worrisome, but sometimes it's all we can do.
Since you are a few days late, the best way to reassure yourself that everything is fine may be to just take a pregnancy test. Have you thought about this?

But it's just weird and slightly worrisome to not yet have my period, along with what seems like pregnancy symptoms (weird spotting, cramps, etc). In my head, I know that you're probably right ... but it's easy to get nervous about these kinds of risks, I think. And I've never been this late before.
I will try to stress less and maybe test again if I haven't gotten my period in another week or so? Thanks again!
