Dr. Dao explains how he combines artificial insemination and Chinese medicine to help couples conceive.

Dr. Dao:
In reproductive medicine both Chinese medicine and conventional medicine must work together.

IVF, IUIs offers tremendous amount of value to a lot of women.

Chinese medicine is not a panacea. It works well to build one’s foundation. It works well in many cases to help people get pregnant.

But not all cases can be treated and can be successful with Chinese medicine. Frequently you need to do a combination.

And with that in mind, I personally, and in our clinic, Tao of Wellness, we treat hundreds and hundreds of patients every month in helping them to work with the IVF doctors, work with their counterpart conventional medicine, OB/GYNs to help them through their Clomid cycles, help them through their gonadotropin IVF or insemination cycles.

And also working with recurrent miscarriages and helping their body to become healthier so that they can really hold their pregnancy and dealing with different other issues of reproductive medicine so they can achieve their goal in their family building.
