Gina:
I cheat all the time, but I know how to look ahead and compensate for whatever cheating I do. As far as exercise, I plan my exercise on a daily basis. I plan my meals on a weekly basis. I am constantly in the kitchen controlling what we are eating as a family, and that’s been able, that’s a big part of my success as well.
