Dr. Tsao and Dr. Tsao’s staff have been wonderful. Her medical assistant is very thorough and very competent. I just received my authorization today for the second surgery. She just called on Monday and today is Wednesday and we received it in the mail. Dr. Tsao also has a physician assistant who is Heather and she is just as wonderful as Dr. Tsao is; very competent, very business-like but yet very friendly as well.
