Well, before I ever started thinking about hip replacements, I discovered a whole bunch of alternatives things that I thought I could do that, you know, consisted of physical therapy and special exercises and more yoga, and all kinds of things that I thought would make surgery unnecessary. I definitely did not want to have surgery, had never had it in my life. I am not the kind the person who thinks the surgical fix is the way to go.
